Background Noise:humming of server machines
Random Thought:Wait, it's almost February?
Mood:Tired

Okay, there is a whole list of things that I have been meaning to post about--London, the excellence of Tom Brady, the Canadian border crossing turning people back for DUIs, oversights at the Oscars, how much I like people who hate people, how sad I am about Heath Ledger.

But, this is my more pressing concern. This is what my job is devolving into:

select "column1"
[,"column2",etc]
from "tablename"
[where "condition"];
[] = optional

Call me crazy, but isn't this what I decided I didn't want to do? I feel like I distinctly remember this thought about 8 years ago that I don't have the patience for this. Of course, this was when I liked people. Now I like my job because I don't have to deal with people. Hmm...Where's Dane Cook? I feel a vicious circle coming on.
